A series of landing pages with vacancies for the company "Victoria"
For Victoria, we built a system for quickly creating and administering vacancy landing pages. Instead of developing a separate page for every opening, the company could use a web tool to prepare a series of recruitment pages and publish job information.
The landing pages collected candidate applications through web forms. Submitted applications were saved to Google documents, giving the company team a familiar place to work with incoming responses. The project therefore covered both the public vacancy page and form, and the related application handoff.
By combining page creation with application storage in Google documents, the tool connected vacancy publishing with the initial collection of candidate responses. The company could use the system for recurring recruitment work: administer multiple vacancy pages, receive applications and pass them into its working documents.
Our work covered the recruitment web tool and its application pages. Reviewing candidates and making hiring decisions remained with Victoria.
