BotMarketing: a Telegram sales and customer management platform
Role: product design, development and continued improvement of BotMarketing.pro.
Orders handled through chat can lose their context: the catalogue, appointment, customer details and reminders sit in different tools. I am building a platform that connects these processes through each company's own Telegram bot.
From storefront to a returning customer
A business configures its profile and catalogue, connects a bot and receives a Mini App and public mini-website. Customers choose products or services and place an order or booking. Staff continue the workflow in the company workspace, with the request, customer and interaction history kept together.
Loyalty programmes, cashback, referrals and reminders support repeat contact. A separate Instagram module handles supported comment and Direct workflows; its availability depends on the connection and subscription plan.
A platform serving separate businesses
The system separates company data and staff permissions. Catalogues, orders, customer records and settings operate within the selected business. Subscriptions control feature access, and a Poster integration supports applicable business workflows.
My contribution covers product logic, backend, APIs, working interfaces and integrations. The delivered result is a connected SaaS demonstrated through a dedicated example company. This case describes implemented capabilities without claiming unmeasured sales improvements.
