Dixy Bot: a customer assistant on VK
Dixy Bot was an interactive assistant for customers of the Dixy retail chain on VK. It helped shoppers receive discount offers connected with purchases in the chain. The case presents the customer-facing part of the Dixy experience in the social network.
We worked on the web-facing part of this interaction. The assistant gave Dixy customers a way to access discount offers through VK, bringing the retail promotion into a familiar online channel.
