Deep: an agency website with validated content workflows
Role: website development and maintenance for Deep. Branding, creative campaigns and portfolio materials belong to the agency and its teams.
An agency website needs to present projects and receive enquiries while its content continues to change. Deep's current website uses a lightweight server-rendered PHP foundation and structured content that an agent can maintain through the repository.
A public website and working forms
Visitors learn about the agency, browse the catalogue and project pages, view vacancies and complete a project brief. The server produces ready-to-render pages, while forms have their own processing and administrative workflow.
This case concerns the current implementation. It does not combine it with the former Drupal website or legacy infrastructure, and it does not attribute the agency's advertised creative projects to the website developer.
Content changes are checked before release
Services, projects and vacancies are structured Git entities. An agent creates a draft using an allowed template and fills it with verified material. Before release, validation checks required fields, links, media, alt text and SEO. Incomplete scaffold content cannot be published.
Version history records what changed. The delivered result is a working public website and a reproducible content workflow with checks before release. Integration code alone is not presented as evidence that every external delivery channel is currently enabled.
