PSB: a Telegram platform for a university career event
Status on 3 October 2026: the platform is implemented and being prepared for the event on 6 October. This case describes the system and demonstration workflows; actual event outcomes are not yet claimed.
Role: Laravel backend, Telegram bot, Web App, administrative interfaces and integrations, delivered through Deep agency.
A connected participant journey
Participants register, receive a personal QR and short ID, browse activities and book workshops. Defined actions award points. The store exchanges those points for available goods and services; an unissued purchase can be cancelled, returning both points and reserved stock.
Balance, history, bookings and purchases remain attached to the participant. A repeated request must not become a repeated award, so reward rules and balance changes are handled by the server.
Staff operations and event administration
A manager selects an activity or fulfilment operation, finds a person by QR or ID, reviews the action and confirms it. Managers receive the information needed for the operation without participant phone numbers or email addresses. Administrators manage roles, activities, sessions, points, the store and broadcasts.
A separate workflow generates a one-page A4 PDF resume from participant answers and education details, with a selected photo supplied through the photo-booth integration. Contacts and photos are added to the PDF locally; an external AI service prepares the text. The photo booth's external hardware is outside my development scope.
