PSB: a video submission campaign website with Yandex Cloud Video
Role: backend, administration and video-service integration for a Deep agency project. Frontend delivery was a team effort.
PSB's “Build Your Future” campaign needed a website where participants could submit a video and check their application while organizers controlled public visibility. File upload, video readiness and moderation approval had to remain separate stages.
Direct uploads to the video service
Large files upload directly to Yandex Cloud Video using TUS. The backend creates the application, links it to the video and processes state changes through background jobs. The application server therefore does not act as an intermediate store for every uploaded video.
Participants can check their submission status. Internal decisions and technical states remain separate from public messages: a completed upload alone does not approve a video for the gallery.
Moderation and public visibility
The administrative interface supports submission review and publication control. The public gallery displays work according to those decisions and includes filtering and elements of the competition workflow.
The delivered result is a connected path from upload to processing, moderation and display. This case uses archived captures of public interfaces. Understanding the work does not depend on the temporary campaign domain, and no unmeasured audience size or business impact is claimed.
